THE ASSEMBLY:
ALL PARTS AND INTERNALS ARE BRAND NEW
Crankshaft is measured and polished, then new rod bearings and main bearings installed, the cam is measured and polished as well.
. New BLACK ONYX revised head gaskets are installed.
. All the factory torque to yield cylinder head bolts are replaced with ARP head studs (a 500.00 value) and then properly torqued.
. All oil galleys and passages are blasted out and brushed clean, and then all new freeze plugs and cam bearings are installed.
.. Long block is assembled and powder-coated, and new rocker arms, roller lifters, and push rods are installed.

. Warranty is 1 year with unlimited mileage.
. Complete disassembly:
. Full cleaning process, block is baked at 650 degrees for11 hrs, then jet washed and powder coated.
. Cylinder heads are jet washed and powder coated.
. Cylinder heads are resurfaced (milled) on a CNC machine.
. Both cylinder heads and block get pressure checked, then magne-fluxed to check for any imperfections.
. Complete valve job.
. Block is measured, if out of spec we then bore to .020 and install new pistons and rings.
. After bored the block is power honed to match rings.
